Beta-Lift is a 5 minute procedure which removes the dead skin cells from the surface of your face.  This procedure utilizes salicylic acid  and should not be used with patients allergic to aspirin.  By lifting the dead cells, Beta-Lift stimulates the living cells resulting in an improved appearance.  This peel does not penetrate the deeper skin layers and therefore causes less skin irritation following the procedure.  Effective for the treatment of acne scarring, skin discoloration, moderate wrinkling, and sun damage.  This product is typically well tolerated by patients of all skin types.

Following the procedure mild skin irritation may be noticed especially around the areas of the eyes and mouth.  Your skin will develop a red sunburn appearance followed by facial peeling approximately 1-4 days following the application.  This procedure has a short recovery time of about 5-7 days.

The results of this process is that your new skin will appear more radiant, feel softer and smoother.  Additional treatments, if needed, can be scheduled 2-6 weeks apart.
